Cancellation & No Show

To keep everything running smoothly we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We respectfully request that you give us at least 24 hours notice.
When booking online you will receive an email confirmation.
If you can not make an appointment or need to reschedule this can be done up to 24 hours before your appointment by your booking confirmation email.
This allows us to rebook your brow artist with another guest.
Please understand that when you book an appointment, the brow artist is setting her time aside to dedicate to you.

If you don’t cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the services you’ve reserved.

Patch Test

If you’re planning on coming in for a wax, tinting or henna treatment, you’re going to need to ensure that you come in for your patch test at least 48 hours before hand. You can pop in anytime for a patch test.
The actual patch test process is very quick and simple taking less than 3 minutes.
We will apply the wax, tint and/or henna on your inner elbow.
If you have positive reaction this area will become red, itchy and irritated, if there is a negative reaction nothing will happen and it is safe for the treatment to take place.

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome if there are open time slots available. It may be that sometimes you are on the run and don’t know ahead of time when you will be available to have services done. You can always use your smartphones to browse our online schedule to check availabilities before you stop by to avoid disappointment.
